Stephen Knapp introduced his sculptural furniture in an astounding breakthrough in the yearlong "Fantasy in Glass" exhibit in 1994, for which Mayer Rus, of Interior Design magazine called him the "architectural glass guru." Since then, this glass artist has produced numerous pieces of sculptural furniture and was featured in the pilot episodes filmed for HG TV's acclaimed Modern Masters series. Stephen Knapp is the author of The Art of Glass, and is a distinguished architectural art glass artist, as well as glass sculptur, light sculptur, and light painter. He frequently writes and lectures on architectural glass art, architectural art, and collaborating with architects.
